We are responsible for our own life, our wellbeing, and our happiness.We stop holding others responsible or blame them for the quality of our life. our victim stance may have worked for a while, but it ultimately leads to abuse, resentment and inequality in our dissociation relationships. Recognising that we are no longer the child, but an adult who is valued and powerful. Establishing our wants and needs, asserting them on a daily basis to the best of our ability.

Don’t allow anyone to rescue us or take our power from us. Anonymity is Oblivion, Though it may be tempting to return to that old role for its comfort, it takes away our dignity and disempowers us ultimately. No Gurus, No Sponsors, No mentors.
